1 Gmail: Set up mail fetcher in the backup account and add the main account as a custom From address
2 Google Calendar: Click on “Manage calendars” at the bottom of the window, share the main calendar and add the backup account. -
Rule #1:
if you reply to someone’s email, that person is added to your Gmail contact list.
Rule #2 (opt-out):
if you reply to someone’s messages more than 2-3 times, that person is added to the list of Google Talk friends.
